Illegal Enhancements Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Eligibility

By purchasing, downloading, registering, or using Illegal Enhancements (the Service), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Use of the Service is permitted only for individuals aged 13 and older. If you do not agree to these terms, please immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Nature of Service & Loader Architecture

Illegal Enhancements provides a proprietary external loader application and enhancement suite for supported Minecraft client environments. We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or any associated entities.

External Loader Architecture: The Service is delivered exclusively through a standalone external loader executable (illegal.exe) that dynamically verifies credentials and injects into supported client runtimes (such as Lunar Client and supported environments). The Service is NOT a Forge mod, Forge modpack, or Forge client, and does not operate as a .jar modification within the Forge ecosystem.

Important: Using third-party game modifications may violate specific game server rules and can result in account penalties or bans. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the loader and software.

3. Licensing, HWID & Binary Integrity

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and execute the software solely through our official loader.

Device & HWID Binding: Each license is strictly bound to one user account and one unique Hardware ID (HWID). Re-binding your license to another computer requires an authorized HWID reset through account settings or staff review.
Software Integrity & Anti-Leak Policy: Sharing, leaking, distributing, or attempting to modify the official loader executable is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized distribution, release, or binary tampering will trigger automated detection systems, resulting in an immediate and permanent ban across all accounts and HWIDs.
No Redistribution or Reselling: Sharing, reselling, leasing, or renting your license key or loader binary to any third party is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchases & Refunds

Delivery: Digital license keys are delivered immediately upon confirmed payment through our authorized payment processors.
Activation: A license is activated upon first use or redemption on the customer dashboard.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital and consumable nature of our software and immediate provisioning of loader binaries, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable local consumer protection law. Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent claims will result in immediate termination and permanent blacklisting.

5. Third Party Resellers

If you choose to purchase Illegal Enhancements keys or accounts from third-party resellers, you do so entirely at your own risk:

No Liability: We hold no liability for transactions made outside of our official website. If a reseller scams you, delivers an invalid key, or revokes access, we cannot provide replacements or support.
Disputes & Chargebacks: We are not responsible for payment disputes or conflicts between you and any third-party reseller.
No Reseller Support: We cannot issue refunds or replacement keys for transactions not made directly through our official payment portal.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Community Standards

To preserve platform security, safeguard user integrity, and uphold a lawful environment, all users must strictly comply with the following standards:

Software & Loader Tampering: Any attempt to reverse engineer, debug, crack, tamper with, or otherwise interfere with the loader or its communication with our services is strictly prohibited, as is any attempt to circumvent licensing or authentication. Such attempts are detected automatically and result in immediate permanent termination and public blacklisting.
Profile Pictures (PFPs) & Avatars: You may NOT upload, set, or link profile pictures or avatars that depict sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, or NSFW imagery, graphic violence, gore, hate speech, slurs, harassment, discriminatory symbols, or any illegal acts. Accounts violating this standard are subject to immediate avatar reset and temporary or permanent account termination.
Support Tickets & Communication Rules: The ticket support system and all communication channels must be used respectfully and lawfully. You agree NOT to discuss, promote, solicit, threaten, or engage in any unlawful, illegal, or criminal conduct. This includes, without limitation:
- Threats of violence, swatting, doxxing, harassment, blackmail, or extortion;
- Payment fraud, stolen credit cards, fraudulent chargeback extortion, or scamming;
- Distributing, trading, or soliciting malicious software (malware, RATs, grabbers), stolen accounts, or illegal materials;
- Abusive language, hate speech, or harassment directed at staff or community members.
Infrastructure Abuse & Flooding: Attempting to flood, spam, scrape, perform denial-of-service attacks, exploit software vulnerabilities, or circumvent rate limits on our website or authentication APIs is strictly prohibited.

Zero-Tolerance Enforcement: Uploading explicit profile pictures or engaging in illegal discussion, extortion, or threats in support tickets will result in immediate ticket termination, permanent account ban, permanent HWID and IP blacklisting, and forfeiture of all licenses without refund.

7. Termination of Access & Law Enforcement Cooperation

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and revoke software licenses immediately, without prior notice, if any provision of these terms is violated. Accounts terminated for policy violations, fraud, software tampering, explicit content, or illegal conduct are strictly ineligible for refunds.

Illegal Enhancements strictly complies with applicable laws. Where unlawful conduct, fraud, extortion, or criminal threats occur, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and judicial authorities as detailed in our Privacy Policy, including preserving and surrendering relevant user records, IP logs, and ticket transcripts upon lawful request.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for continuous stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, bug-free performance, or permanent undetectability against third-party anticheat systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Illegal Enhancements and its operators are not liable for:

Bans, suspensions, or loss of access to third-party accounts (including Minecraft or server accounts).
Data loss, system interruptions, or hardware issues resulting from software usage.
Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect service updates or legal requirements. Continued use of the website or software after updates are published constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.
